Returns & Claims Policy

Damaged in Shipping:
If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 678-809-3633 or e-mail contact@swordsaxe.com and include your full name, order number, and a description of the damage merchandise.

You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received.

Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company. 

Please allow 10 business days for UPS to pick up the damage merchandise from you. If after 10 business days have passed and they have picked it up, you can either keep the item or discard it. After the 10 business days are over we'll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your damage item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete.

Defective Merchandise
If you receive the defective merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 678-809-3633, Fax us at 678-809-3633 or e-mail sales@swordsaxe.com and include your full name and order number.

Please allow 1-3 business days for UPS to pick up the defective merchandise from you. If after 1-3 business days have passed and they have picked it up, please contact us. After the 1-3 business days are over we'll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your defective item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete.

If we made a 3 delivery attempt and the package was not ready on the 3rd attempt, the customers are liable to send the item back to us at their cost.

Backorders
Backorder que means that due to the high sales volume on some of your item/items which you have bought, we are currently out of stock at that time. Please allow 30 days for your item/items to be shipped. Once item/items is placed on backorder, we cannot cancel until the 30 days have been fulfilled. 
Please Note: If your order/orders are partially shipped, you will not be charged extra shipping cost.

Damages:
Customer assumes all responsibility for any items damaged during use. Swordsaxe is not obligated to accept any returns on items damage by customers.

We reserve the rights to distinguish items damaged in transit, defective, or damaged by customers.

 
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 678-809-3633 or e-mail sales@swordsaxe.com and include your full name and order number. You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received. Once you notify us of the wrong merchandise, we will contact you and begin the reshipping process with our shipping company.

Do not send us back merchandise without our approval. The RA# must be written on the outside of all boxes on the items that customer is authorized to return; otherwise returns will not be accepted. The return must be received within 12 business days after the RA# has been issued.  RA will expire at the end of 12 business days and returns will not be accepted.

To obtain an RA# please call us at 678-809-3633 or e-mail sales@swordsaxe.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any included paperwork. 

We are not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 72 hours after the products have been delivered to the customer.

If we made a 1 delivery attempt and the package was not ready on the 1st attempt, the customers are liable to send the item back to us at their cost.

Exchanges & Unsatisfied Customers
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges & Unsatisfied customers are welcome as long as they are done within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Anyone exchanging or unsatisfied with their products will have to pay the shipping cost when we have to reship their product/products.  If for any reason a customer would like to exchange or are unsatisfied with their product/products, they will have to ship it back to us and the original shipping cost for exchanges or unsatisfied product/products will not be reimbursed.
Unsatisfied customers or exchanges must obtain a Return Authorization # (RA #) from us before the shipping any item/items back to us. The RA# must be written on the outside of all boxes on the items that customer is authorized to return; otherwise returns will not be accepted. The return must be received within 12 business days after the RA# has been issued. RA will expire at the end of 12 business days and returns will not be accepted.

Please report all coipy right claims and reports to the us using the following email: contact@swordsaxe.com and put Copyright Claim in the subject line. We will respond to your query/claim with in 10 Business Days
