SWORDSAXE.COM SHIPPING POLICY

All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site, except Special Order items, Pre-Ordered items, or items which are Sold Out or Out of Stock. The majority of orders ship within 1-3 business days. We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS as your shipment carrier. Orders that have choosen Expedited 1 Day or 2 Day (or UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, 2 Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air Early AM or USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, Parcel Post) as their shipping method, will ship within 1-3 business days from the time we receive the order. When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.

Note that shipping time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout (Ground Delivery, Rushed Processing, 2-Day, etc) and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers.

There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center. Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information.

Any Order/Orders with incorrect Address will incurred a $10.00 or more address correction fee. This policy is enforced on everyone who buys from www.swordsaxe.com.

International Orders
We do ship international. For international orders, your item/items may be delayed more than 7 days because of customs and transit. All international orders outside of US and Canada require a (CCAF) Charge Card Authorization Form be filled out and submitted to the shipping center before the order can ship. A CCAF identifies the customer as the legitimate card holder with legal authorization to utilize the funds on the payment method. Without a valid CCAF, Swordsaxe may refuse to ship the order. Please do not ship back an international order unless it has been approved by the Swordsaxe returns department. Swordsaxe is not liable for return shipping costs on international orders without prior approval.

Quality Control
Prior to shipment, all orders undergo inspection to ensure merchandise matches order and are not defective. If you receive merchandise which is not satisfactory, please contact our returns department with pictures and chances are we can send a replacement.

Status Updates
From the time an order is placed, to the time an order ships, our customers receive e-mail status notifications every step of the way.

Tracking Information
Our customers are sent tracking numbers and information for all orders. Once an order ships out, a tracking number will be dispatched to your email address you provided. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk mail box and spam filter settings.

Low Shipping Cost
Unlike vendors that over charge customers shipping rates, all of our customers pay low accurate shipping rates on their order. SwordsAxe works directly with shipping providers to aquire the best shipping rates and passes the savings along to you, the customer.

Refunds
Please allow 1-15 business days for refund claims to be processed and issued. Approval for a refund is at the discretion of SwordsAxe. Some approvals may take an additional 1-5 business days before processing begins. Refunds during the holiday season may take longer to complete. After the refund has been issued, it is considered submitted and may take a few days to show up in the account. Financial institutions and transit delays may apply but are not the responsibility of SwordsAxe. All shipping costs are not refundable.
